A guide, not a therapist

I'm Verónica, and I walked the road to stop asking permission.

A mathematician by training, not a psychologist. I have spent thirty years watching psychology take custody of the psyche, and giving people back the tools to read their own.

The break

From very young I felt a deep restlessness to know myself. I read voraciously — philosophy, psychology, theories about human nature. I was looking for answers in the texts, in the authors who promised to light the inner road.

But the real learning came from relationships. Friendships, loves, the collisions with a world where a woman’s internal authority had no place. Every encounter, every conflict, was a chance to discover something no book could teach me: the distance between knowing something and having lived it.

I was navigating a world built on structures that were not mine, looking for my own voice inside a silence I had been taught to keep.

Beyond theory

I moved through the roles life handed me — mother, wife, professional — always looking for something deeper underneath them. I kept reading, kept working in groups, kept accompanying other people through their own searching.

But my body was speaking louder than my books: weight, alcohol, tobacco, health crises I could not ignore. Every symptom was a message I did not know how to read, a signal that something fundamental was out of line.

Beautiful theories did not reach it. Brilliant concepts did not heal it. I needed something more tangible, more embodied, more real.

Life was teaching me that real change does not come from understanding. It comes from embodying.

Mathematics of the soul

I did not arrive at this method overnight. It has evolved over more than ten years into a hard discipline of exercise, nutrition, writing and imagination — a daily training that treats psyche, body and mind as inseparable parts of one system.

I found that the psychology written by men does not describe exactly what a woman lives. That the body is an integral part of the system and has a language of its own. That emotions are not mental abstractions but forces living in a biological system.

Mathematics does not reduce the soul. It gives it back its unforgiving clarity.

The ground beneath the method

None of this is improvised in the session. Underneath it are two archives that have been forming for decades.

The lexicon. Years of reading on symbols, mythology, alchemy and depth psychology, annotated and extracted piece by piece. The quoted words belong to their authors and are cited as theirs; the selection, the cuts, the order and the connections between them are mine. That work of reading is itself part of the method.

The logbook. Thousands of my own dreams, recorded and worked over more than twenty years, in series that follow one another across decades: the same characters, the same places, coming back years apart. And two decades accompanying other people through the same work.

It is a long ground. It is not offered as a credential — it shows in the precision with which a dream gets read.

Why a mathematician for the work of the soul?

My training is not clinical; it is structural. Mathematics taught me to look for axioms, to identify recurring patterns, and not to be afraid of complexity.

I apply that same rigour to the inner world — not to reduce it to a cold formula, but to free it from dogma and see it with the clarity it deserves. The psyche has its own unforgiving logic; my work is to help you read it.

“This is not therapy. You do not come here to be fixed by an expert. You come to a high-precision gym for your own inner authority.”

You

I do not think there are universal truths that can simply be explained. Each person has to arrive at their own understanding through their own experience. Life is the crucible where things actually happen.

There are no two identical roads and no two identical processes. What works for one person may not land for another. That is why I am a guide, not a master and not a therapist. I am someone to talk to — but in truth you are talking to yourself. I just make it easier to listen.

My work is not to give you answers. It is to help you find the right questions — the ones only you can answer.

My own discipline

My personal discipline is not there to be copied. I share it to show how thoroughly this process has governed my life — what I eat, how I sleep, how I move, the shape of my days. It is a very disciplined life, and I took it on with real pleasure.

It was a long road to feel my own inner authority, my place in the world. This discipline is not a sacrifice; it is what naturally follows from having found my own internal logic. Every part of my life is aligned with a purpose I discovered rather than one imposed on me.

Real discipline is the result of clarity, not the price of it.

Three decades of synthesis

Beyond Jung. A living methodology built on real experience rather than a reading list.

The structural break

I was reading everything — philosophy, psychology, theories of human nature — and none of it closed the gap. What taught me was friction: relationships, and a world with no place for a woman's own authority. That was the first time I understood that knowing something and having lived it are different organs.

Beyond theory

My body settled the argument. Weight, alcohol, tobacco, health crises I could not read and could not ignore. The theories were beautiful and did not reach. That is when the work turned from understanding toward embodying, and when the dream record stopped being a curiosity and became the instrument.

A method of my own: mathematical clarity joined to psychological depth, turned into tools that can actually be practised.

Ten years of hardening it into a daily discipline — exercise, nutrition, writing, imagination — until it stopped being an idea and became the shape of my days. The method is what survived that test, and what two decades of the logbook kept confirming: the psyche repeats itself, and repetition can be read.

The manifesto:
take back the logic of your soul

“The psyche is not an illness to be treated. It is a territory to be occupied. Nobody needs further permission to trust what they already know. And the real deep work does not happen in a clinic — it happens in the daily, rigorous reclaiming of your own will.”
