2. Description of the Service

Matemática del Alma is a self-exploration and personal development platform based on:

• Recording and analysing dreams
• An AI assistant (“Alma”) for symbolic interpretation
• A life journal and reflections
• Educational content (blog, podcast)
• Group work circles (subject to availability)

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform you must:

• Be over 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Share content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes the rights of third parties
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform
• Resell or commercialise access to the Platform
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools

Content in circles

The messages, replies, direct messages, shared dreams and comments you post in a circle are yours and you are responsible for them. It is not permitted to post illegal content, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit content, spam or advertising, or other people’s personal data without their permission, or anything that puts someone at risk.

Any member can report content or a person with the “Report” option and block another member with “Block this person”; when you block someone, you stop seeing their content and they are not notified. The Matemática del Alma team reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove content that breaches these terms and suspend or close the account of anyone who breaches them seriously or repeatedly. 5. User Content

The content you create (dreams, journal entries, reflections) belongs to you. By publishing it on the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to:

• Store and process your content in order to provide the service
• Generate personalised analyses using AI
• Create backups

We will never share your personal content with third parties without your explicit consent, except in aggregated and anonymised form to improve our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (design, texts, images, code, methodology) is the property of SIA Terranext (Matemática del Alma) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written authorisation.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Platform offers different subscription levels:

• Free Plan: limited access to basic features
• Premium Plan: full access to all features

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy:

• Full refund within the first 14 days
• No refund after 14 days of the current period
• Exceptions assessed case by case

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by factors beyond our control
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

10. Psychological Disclaimer

The analyses and interpretations generated by the AI “Alma” are tools for personal reflection and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment or medical or psychological advice.

Verónica Camacho, creator of the methodology, is a coach and personal development facilitator, but interactions through the Platform do not establish a professional therapeutic relationship.

11. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence and use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
