Delete your account

Request deletion by email

Enter the email address you use to sign in to Matemática del Alma. We will send you a link to confirm that the request is yours.

Can you sign in to your account? You can also do it in Settings › Data and privacy.

How it works

1. We send a link to the account's email address. It expires in 24 hours and works only once.
2. You open the link and press «Confirm the deletion». That records the request.
3. For 30 days you can cancel it from Settings › Data and privacy. After that, the account and its data are deleted for good and cannot be recovered.
4. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled when the account is deleted.

What is deleted and what is kept

We delete your profile, your dreams and journal entries, your conversations with Alma and what it remembers, the Council's readings, your automations, the files you have uploaded, your notification devices and your preferences. In the circles, your messages are emptied and your comments deleted.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep: the record of purchases and billing (5 years, for tax purposes) and an anonymous record that the account was deleted. If you want a copy of your data first, ask for it in Settings › Data and privacy › «Request archive».
